Our Silverside Roast is one of the premium roast cuts that we sell. All our premium roasts are dry aged for 28 days. It’s the perfect Sunday Lunch Roast - juicy, tender and full of flavour!
We choosing the perfect size of a roast. We would recommend approx 250g per person.

We offer several different options to receive our produce.
1. Free Farm or Market Stall Collections. Choose the Pick Up option at checkout.
2. Home Delivery within 10miles of the farm. The distance will be automatically applied at checkout once you add your address. Delivery charge of £4 per order with a minimum spend of £30.
3. Postal Delivery across the island of Ireland. With this option we only offer what is available fresh each week. So when ordering only choose from the appropriate menu option. Please choose your items from the "Available for Postal Delivery" tab. Otherwise your order will be refunded. As I wont post frozen produce.
Postal Orders have a minimum spend of £30. All Republic of Ireland orders are sent from the the Republic so no extra customs or charges. All postal orders are sent using Temperature Controlled packaging that we have trialled and tested. Keeping produce at the appropriate temperature for a minimum of 48hrs. All postal orders are sent Next Day Delivery.
