Generally come in two drops - 1-2 weeks apart. To allow for the hindquarters to hang for a minimum 21 days. So cuts for the forequarters will be available first then the premium cuts from the hindquarters will be in the second.

- Note: Weights may vary by ±10%. Produce may be delivered fresh or frozen, depending on availability.
Please also note that 30kg is not the exact weight of “A Quarter Cow”. There are too many variables animal to animal to give an exact figure . The fairest way I have found for both myself and customer is to set the weight and price like so. A fair ratio of Prime Cuts/Roasts/Mince etc for all has been made.
Custom Butchering Options:
Personalize your order with custom butchering options, including specific roast sizes and pack sizes. We can accommodate small swaps to suit your preferences.
This is a Pre-Order cut only. We butcher each Thursday so for a Farm Collection or Market Collection please allow enough time for ordering so it can be butchered and be available on time.
We offer several different options to receive our produce.
1. Free Farm or Market Stall Collections. Choose the Pick Up option at checkout.
2. Postal Delivery across the island of Ireland. With all Postal Orders there may be a possible 2-3 week wait for postage. As it can depend on our fresh availability for the cuts ordered. As I wont post frozen produce. All orders are sent on the next Monday that produce is available. As soon as an order is placed a text or email will be sent to verify order and to give a dispatch date.
All Republic of Ireland orders are sent from the the Republic so no extra customs or charges.
All postal orders are sent using Temperature Controlled packaging that we have trialled and tested. Keeping produce at the appropriate temperature for a minimum of 48hrs. All postal orders are sent Next Day Delivery. Although it does seem to take two working days for orders to be received.

Why Grass-Fed Beef?
There are many health benefits to eating grass-fed beef over conventional grain-fed beef from feedlots.
- Extra Omega 3 - Grass-fed beef contains as much as three times more Omega 3 (good fats found in oily fish) than grain-fed beef. This aids in prevention of depression and cancer, whilst also lowering blood pressure.
- CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid) is higher in grass-fed cuts. This is a nutrient associated with lowering heart disease and cancer risk, as well as reducing body fat and maintaining lean body mass.
- Grass-fed beef is rich in Vitamin A and Vitamin E, which help strengthen the immune system and maintain healthy skin and eyes. Vitamin E is actually four times higher in our grass-fed beef than in the grain-fed beef available elsewhere.
Where can you find us?
We attend two Farmers Markets each week. Skerries Farmers Market in Dublin each Saturday and Dundrum Market in Co. Down each Sunday.
Farm Shop
We open our Farm Shop each Saturday 10-3PM. We do hope to expand on these days in the future when we expand our Farm Shop as we currently just do a "Pop Up" Shop in our butchery. We look forward to expanding this but like all good things it takes time to grow!
Postage?
We have introduced a postage service to our website. We are able to post our produce across the Island of Ireland both North and South. All our Northern Ireland orders are posted using Royal Mail Tracked 24hr Service and all our Southern Ireland orders are posted directly from the south using An Post Express Delivery to ensure a speedy service and no extra customs or charges!
However as some of our cuts can be fresh or frozen each week we have decided to only allow fresh cuts to be sent via courier. Having carried out our own trials we weren't happy with posting frozen produce. However with the packaging that we have chosen your produce is guaranteed to remain fresh for minimum 48hrs. Which more than allows for an appropriate window for Next Day Delivery.
So when ordering for our postage service, please order from the "Beef and Lamb Available for Postage" section. As this will be updated each week.
Is my meat fresh or frozen in my Postal Delivery?
All Beef or Lamb sent out for Postal Delivery is fresh. So never frozen. When you receve it you can use by fresh dates or freeze.
How long can you freeze meat for?
Officially you can safely keep meat frozen for a year.
Is your meat Halal?
No.
